The British resident of Ethel Catherham, who is 115 years old, was recognized the oldest man on the planet, writes the British Telegraph newspaper, citing the Longeviquest database.
Yesterday, France Presse reported on the past year of the planet, the 116-year-old Lucas of the Brazilian nun Ina Kanabori Lucas.
"The 115-year-old British woman born under Edward VII has become the oldest living man on the planet," the newspaper writes.
According to Telegraph, Keterham was born in 1909. August 21. He is also the oldest man in the history of Britain and is the last person who lived under King Edward VII.
