The helicopter carrying the President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, made a forced landing in East Azerbaijan due to bad weather conditions, Mehr reports.

According to unconfirmed information on social networks, one of the three helicopters carrying the Iranian president's delegation crashed on Sunday during a visit to the northwestern province of East Azerbaijan.

Mehr reports that a few minutes ago, the helicopter carrying the president landed in the northern region of East Azerbaijan due to fog, and the presidential motorcade is now moving to Tabriz.
