Ukraine and the United States have agreed that the American aid will not be taken into account in the subsoil agreement. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmiamhal said this to his Telegram channel.
According to him, after the meeting with US Minister of Finance Scott Besente, an agreement was reached that the document would not take into account American aid, which was provided prior to its signing. Shmmihal also clarified that the work on the agreement continues.
Earlier, the representative of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that Kiev wants to coordinate the text of the subsoil deal with Washington as soon as possible. Kiev also understands that this agreement is extremely important for the development of strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States.
