The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan continues to manipulate the procedural decisions adopted in the legal process. Armenia has always informed international courts on violations of the rights of Armenian prisoners of war and the rights of persons stored in Azerbaijan, including violations of judicial rights. This was reported by the office of the RA Representative for International Legal Affairs.
"The last such information was handed over to the International Court of Justice on April 18, demanding additional measures in accordance with Rule 78 of the Court rules, in addition to the funds already applied. The court demanded that the requested information in response to Armenia's request, which was made by Azerbaijan. As a result, the court noted that "at this stage of the investigation of the case" is missing the need to use additional funds.
Azerbaijan is also silent about the obligations to be implemented in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) at the moment. Azerbaijan does not mention the decisions that the ECHR, based on the arguments presented by Armenia, rejects the requirements of Azerbaijan regularly addressed to the elimination of interim funds.
Within the framework of the ongoing trial, Armenia will continue to present information on violations to international courts, "the statement said.
