The Prime Minister of the Republic of Greece Kiriyakos Mitzotakis sent a message on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide Remembrance.
"Today we pay tribute to the memory of the 1.5 million victims of the Armenian Genocide 110 years ago, being vigilant against all the types of violence and intolerance.
Over time, there are general experiences in the Greeks and Armenians. Here, in the end, many victims of persecution were found. They became part of our national tissue and the creative wing of our society. That is why the eternal unity of the two peoples is indestructible for truth, dignity and justice, "Mitzotakis wrote.
