After solving his own problems, it would be good for the collective West to compensate the African countries and financially, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
"They now have to solve their problems, then it would be good to compensate for both moral and financial and economic point of view," said Zakharova on the 1st forum of Young Diplomats "Russia-African" young diplomats.
He added that Russia shares the loyalty of the sovereign equality of states and the principle of non-interference in their internal affairs.
