Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the plans to hold a higher level of Ukraine in London changed due to problems with the consensus of the participants.
"As far as we understand, there were expert consultations in London, as there were no talks there were related to the rapprochement of supporters, which has changed the plans to hold a higher political level in London." Peskov told reporters.
On Tuesday, Washington Post, citing sources, was going to recognize European countries in London on Wednesday and Ukraine to recognize Russian, while the allies of the Kiev regime hoped to receive security guarantees for Ukraine.
