Bangkok, where the Union of Economic and Social Commission in the Asia and the Pacific Region of the United Nations (ESCAP), has once again confirmed its status as a depoliticized platform once again.
RIA Novosti was told by the head of the Department of International Organizations of the Russian Foreign Ministry Kirill Logvinov, answering the agency's difference between ESCAP session between the situation and the events in European places.
Logvinov is headed by the Russian delegation at the 81st session of ESCAP, which will take place on April 21-25 of 2025 in Bangkok.
"Of course, the difference is especially evident to me, because I have dedicated the recent years to my professional career in the European direction.
"Frankly, we can't even call it a relationship with what we have with Brussels today," he said.
