Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov informed about the progress of negotiations with the United States over the Iranian nuclear program.
"We discussed the nuclear issue in a very detail, we talked about talks with the United States. I have informed Mr. Lavrov about their progress, content and issues discussed, "he said during a joint press conference with Lavrov.
The Iranian Foreign Minister also noted that Tehran will continue to inform Russian and Chinese partners about the details of the talks with the United States and it hopes that Russia will contribute to a fair agreement on the Iranian nuclear program.
