The Netherlands will invest more than 1.1 billion euros in defense and security, the ruling coalition's "People's Party's Freedom and Democracy" (VVD) leader Dilan Yeshilgiaz-Zegerius said on Wednesday.
"We are investing in more than 1.1 billion euros in defense and security, we do it without passing the bill to future generations," he wrote a politician on social networks.
Earlier, RTL television, citing a secret defense strategy, said that the Netherlands government, the Netherlands, plans to invest more than a billion euros in the defense industry to promote its growth in political instability.
