Turkey cooperates with Russia and Ukraine on security issues in the Black Sea. Negotiations between the parties in the republic are not planned, RIA Novosti was told in the administration of Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
On Sunday, CNN TÜRK, citing the Turkish Defense Ministry, said talks between Russian and Ukraine in Ankara on April 15-16. The Turkish Defense Ministry noted that the soldiers of a number of countries will take part in it, the State Agency of Anadolu reports.
"We are constantly agreing with the parties on security issues in the Black Sea," said the agency's source of plans to hold an event on it.
To the question whether negotiations between the Russian Federation and the Ukrainian delegations are planning on the security issues in the Turkish Sea, the agency's interlocutor noted that "currently there are no such plans."
On April 12, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed the situation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in the Black Sea and Transcaucasia, as well as the schedule of the upcoming bilateral contacts.
