The opposition intends to come up with a proposal to form a working group on electoral reforms in the National Assembly, Artsvik Minasyan, deputy of the "Armenia" bloc, informed us yesterday. On October 16, tomorrow, the NA Committee on State and Legal Affairs has convened a working discussion on the draft amendments to the EC and related laws, and Minasyan will present the proposal at that discussion, expecting that they will thoroughly discuss the changes and their necessity.
