Georgia does not plan to join the "3 + 3" platform on the South Caucasus. The statement came from Minister of Foreign Affairs Maca Borornishvili during a panel discussion organized by the Armenian and Azerbaijani partners during the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.

"Georgia is not part of this format, but cooperates with all its neighbors.

At the same time, he noted that Tbilisi is cooperating with all countries in the region and is sincerely interested in promoting peace and stability in the South Caucasus.

According to Bartorishvili, the peaceful and safe South Caucasus is a priority for Georgia. The Minister thinks that the region has a huge potential, and it takes long and steady peace to use it.

In this regard, he stated that Georgia welcomes the agreement on the text of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan and considers it a great achievement. "Georgia is the country that can count on both Armenia and Azerbaijan and feel that we will ensure everything necessary to promote dialogue and cooperation in our region," said Borkorishvili.
