Iran will benefit from negotiations with the United States, even if consultations fail. Mohammad Hossein Ranjbarat, Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic, expressed such an opinion.
"Even if the Muscat talks fail or continue, or even successfully, Iran and Iran's people will leave victorious, as Tehran has maintained its dignity," he said on its X social network.
On April 12, the first round of consultations of Iran and US delegations took place in Oman. The main negotiators are Abbas Araghchi and the Special Envoy of the US President Steven Weitkoff.
