The Criminal Court of First Instance of the First Instance of Yerevan in the incident with NA deputy Hakob Aslanyan took the accused of the accused Samvel Vardanyan.
The court decided to find Vardanyan guilty criminal. The crime (hooliganism) (hooliganism) envisaged in part 1 of Article 297 of the Code, and in accordance with Article 329, Part 2 of the Criminal Code recognize innocence (hate speech).
