"It's been a month since Armenia and Azerbaijan have announced the agreement on the text of the so-called peace agreement. The international community was adopted by "constructive enthusiasts", despite the fact that the Armenian society has not yet seen the text of the agreement, which is not published.
The contract has not been signed yet.
Many in Armenia now perceive that secret "peace agreement" as something that removes us from real peace. Instead of creating confidence in the future, the current negotiations have caused a strong distrust. The idea of peace itself is distorted, and many Armenians are faced with a painful dilemma, accept it as the start of a new age or as a symbol of the final defeat.
I am convinced that you will agree that the value of any agreement is not only in signing it, but also in the presence of clear guarantees and effective implementation mechanisms. Long peace requires strong systems of restraints and balance, especially in fragile regional contexts. In our case, such mechanisms are fully absent.
In addition, the measures aimed at reducing the reduction of justice and escalation during the talks are now excluded, and Azerbaijan has shown how to easily ignore European restraint approaches.
Let me draw your attention once again on the disgraceful trials of Armenian prisoners in Baku. Continuing them clearly shows that Azerbaijan is not ready to sign or realize any peace agreement with Armenia. We must not forget that Turkey and Azerbaijan have no history to maintain agreements with Armenia, nor do they intend to build such a story? Their goal is not a peaceful coexistence, but the use of "historical opportunity" to finally resolve what they still call "Armenian Question".

We immediately pay attention to the situation in Gaza. However, we continue to ignore the intentional destruction of the Armenian heritage in Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh). International mechanisms and institutions created to prevent such disasters simply do not work. Azerbaijan continues to violate and ignore the decisions of international courts, while international organizations show alarming indifference to the fundamental rights of Armenians to their historic homeland.
The silence of the international community, including the Council of Europe, testifies to the opposing international law of international law, which is based on the decreasing of the rules. "
