Vladimir Zelensky has signed a law that allows judicial decisions to Ukraine in exceptional circumstances, based on the European Court of Human Rights, even after the expiration of the 10-year term, the Supreme Radan Telegram.
"Zelensky has signed a law on the protection of human rights and freedoms by the decision of the European Court of Human Rights. The document stipulates that the term of review of court decisions may be restored if the ECHR decides in 10 years, "said Rada's statement.
According to the parliament, such cases have not been revised before the courts, which limited the right to judicial protection.
