"Dear Gyumri Residents,

The Mother Armenia bloc took part in the snap elections of the Gyumri Council of Elders, with the minimum political goal of the Demand of the "Civil Agreement", and the maximum is the city's steering wheel.

We have published our principles before the campaign and we have not deviated from those principles once a millimeter.

I am glad that the "Our City" alliance overcomed the transient threshold finally published its decision. I consider this the victory of all of us.
