The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea unanimously approved President Yun Seook Jollumment, finally removing him from power. This was reported by TASS correspondent. All eight judges defended Impeachment.
In order to remove the government, the votes of them needed at least six of them.
On December 14, the parliament impeached Yun Seook Yoli, due to the events of the military, denied the accusations and believes that his political decision to bring a martial situation could not be challenged from a legal point of view.
