Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to peace talks and the Ukrainian conflict peacefully, said Dmitry Peskov, Spokesman for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump announced that secondary customs duties on oil exports to Russia would define the Ukrainian conflict in the absence of an agreement with Moscow.
"I would not want to comment on anything, except that President Putin is open to peaceful negotiations," Peskov told reporters, commenting on Trump's words.
