Today, Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page that there are already numerous publications that the CPU has instructed the Gyumri Council of Elders elections to paint their ballots as evidence that they have chosen to power. Tatoyan wrote that it is a crime and is a criminal liability for that.
