Brazilian President Luis Inasio Lula said Silva said that during his visit to the Russian Federation in May, he plans to discuss the possibilities of a peaceful settlement in Ukraine with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
"Brazil and China expects the start of the Russian Federation and Ukraine's negotiation process at a press conference after its state visit to Silva Vietnam.
He expects the issue of settlement in Ukraine during his visits to Russia and China.
"In these meetings, I am going to discuss peace in Ukraine," he said.
