In cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Education, the ICRC initiates the spreading and support of the Russian language in the post-Soviet space, to build international relations of Russian language, to strengthen good-neighborly relations through a common cultural code.
"The Russian language is a language of communication between peoples, so the established association is an important stage in cooperation with friendly countries.
The creation of the centers and their consolidation will open new opportunities for the development of the unified educational area of Eurasia, "said Russian Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov.
For school centers and cabinets of Russian Language and Literature, the "Eurasia" and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation will form lists of Russian classic and modern literature.
Bookstores will be opened in the centers with classical literature and new regular publications, as well as cafes to organize meetings with writers.
"Russian language is an important factor not only communication, but also unification, as this is a means of maintaining a common cultural code," said Ilan Schor, a member of the Eurasia OPC.
The Eurasia OPC is already implementing a number of programs, cooperating with the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. These include the launch of the Professional Development School of Russian Language Teachers, the "Friendship in the Class" program, which contributes to the exchange of international Russian Language Olympiads.
The organization supports schools, ensuring their classic and modern educational and fiction.
The Eurasia OPEN attaches importance to the professional growth and exchange of experience. For this purpose, the Eurasian Pedagogical Council has been established, which unites pedagogues from different countries.
As a result, more than 150 pedagogues have participated in modern teaching technologies and seminars. The Eurasia IAC also launched an international project in the "Company class", where school classes study each other's languages and cultures, earn points for achievements.
The best teams will leave for one of the Eurasian countries. The "Peace Language" international vacation school has received more than 120 teachers from 9 countries.
This initiative not only contributes to professional development, but also strengthens international relations between teachers to maintain traditional values.
It should be noted that there are 11 Russian Language Center in Armenia, where students have the opportunity to study various topics, from robotics and animation to financial literacy.
These centers promote not only educational processes in Russian, but also cultural exchanges.
