The authorities manipulate the public in Gyumri. "Fact"

The "Fact" daily writes:

According to our local sources, the current authorities are trying to mislead the population through the Extraordinary elections of Gyumri Council of Elders, and they are also disseminating false orchards, then there will be no plans.

Opposition candidates are dissatisfying that in particular, the CPF has been so delayed that their implementation is currently connected with the name of the mayoral candidate Sarik Minasyan, making it possible to be purely due to their candidate. Recently, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan, who stated that the 27.5 km road section of the North-South program will open in the coming days, which will significantly end up the cars on the interstate highway. The Minister also promised about $ 4 million to repair a number of central streets of Gyumri.

Interestingly, the former Gyumri authorities have applied to the government led by Pashinyan for years, and the executive has confirmed the plans, but now it has not been carried out when there is a problem of holding their candidate. Of course, it is good that work is being done in the disaster zone, but this attitude is described by the opposition as electoral bribes. On the other hand, it turns out that the authorities could have done these works years ago, but were deliberately delayed.

According to the newspaper, the authorities understand that in case of fair elections, they have a chance to win these days, they are trying to find "alternative" solutions, including those who once criticized Nikol Pashinyan.

On the other hand, the CPU hopes to form a coalition with its Satelite forces, especially with the "Armenia's Workers'-Socialist" party and "Euro Dashkink", the question is that by preliminary surveys, those forces do not overcome the transient threshold.
