Serbian President Alexander Vucich stated against the background of mass protests in Belgrade on Saturday that it would not be possible to make a color revolution in the country in Kiev's Maidan.
"I am very proud of how the Serbian state has maintained stability and peace, despite many attempts to destabilize," Wucchais wrote on its Instagram page. "Maidan's copy will not work," said the Serbian leader.
Mass protests took place in Belgrade on Saturday against the country's leadership. According to the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the number of participants exceeded 100,000. Protests continue in Serbia from November 2024, when the umbrella collapsed at the Novi Sad railway station, killing 15 people.
The protesters blame the country's authorities in the tragedy.
