Spain and Ukraine's Defense Ministers Margarita Robles and Rustem Ums have signed an agreement in Madrid, which will continue to train the Kingdom of the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was reported by the Spanish office.
"Robles accepts his Ukrainian counterpart at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense," the statement said.
During his visit to Madrid, Umnov met with representatives of Spanish companies in the defense sphere. According to the EFE news agency, the head of the department discusses the issue of buying military materials.
At the end of February, the General Kingdom Staff said that more than 7,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been trained in Spain since 2022.
