Three Armenian businessmen, Forbes in March. "Fact"

The "Fact" daily writes:

Russia's Forbes in March 2025 presents the ranking of large real estate owners, where two Armenian names have found a place.

The list includes 30 large businesses, two of whom, Samvel Karapetyan and David Amaryan are of Armenian descent. Tashir Chairman Samvel Karapetyan is in the second place.

In 2024, compared to 2023, his income increased by 7.3% to $ 685 million. This does not present its total income, but only the part that has been received from commercial and other real estate lease.

Karapetyan has been actively involved in real estate investments not only in Russia and Armenia, but also in the former Soviet Union.

The next Armenian businessman, which is included in the Forbes issue, is the founder of "Balchug Capital" company David Amaryan. Its income from rent in 2024 increased by 10% to $ 55 million.

Amaryan's "Balchug Capital" company owns a number of business centers, as well as one of the largest trading and entertainment centers in Moscow, "Metropolis".

His company is actively investing in real estate, developing large commercial and commercial projects.

It is interesting that the same issue of Forbes also touched upon the project of a businessman Vruyr Penesyan. In particular, it is noted that Penessyan is going to present the 2 billion dollars in Moscow from Armenia.

On his initiative, an exhibition will be organized in April at the "Ararat Park in the Moscow Moscow" hotel, which will be presented in Armenia's best new buildings.

A separate business meeting will be organized for large investors in Russia, within the framework of which large-scale investment projects will be presented from Armenia.

According to Penesyan, the main goal of the initiative is to promote investments to Armenia, as well as increase the recognition of the country's real estate on international platforms and new business connections.

These data show that businessmen of Armenian descent continue to invest in real estate, both in the international and Armenian market.
