The Polish Ministry of National Defense has denied reports of lack of alleged funding for anti-Armenian F-16 fighters, which has been published as part of the investigation into the journalists of Gazeta Polska Codziennie.
"Paint of F-16 planes with HAVE GLASS II is implemented within the framework of the Military Aviation Plant No. 2. This agreement is funded by the funds allocated by the Assistance Inspectorate of the Armed Forces during the budgetary year, depending on the actual needs, "the Polish Army Support Inspectorate said.
Earlier, on March 3, Gazeta Polska Codziennie reported that the Ministry of Defense of the Republic has no means to pay for the F-16 fighter jets purchased from the United States. The Polish Air Force has 48 such plane currently.
