French President Emanuel Mcron does not rule out the possibility of a dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The French edition of Le Journal Du Dimanche (JDD) writes about this.
"Nothing is ruled out, I have always said that. The dialogue with President Putin may take place at a convenient moment, "Makron said.
The French leader added that contacts can take place "when the situation will stabilize." It was not clarified for what exactly the President meant by stabilization.
On February 18, Makron said he would talk to Putin if such a conversation would be useful for negotiations in Ukraine. The French President stressed that the ceasefire agreement "will not solve the conflict."
