"Russia and the United States are trying to improve relations, but due to the actions of the previous administration in Washington, the road will be long. "The new foreign policy configurations of the US administration greatly coincide with Russia," Dmitry Peskov said.
He noted that the improvement of relations between Russia and the United States may be accelerated if the presidents of the two countries have political will.
