Davit Apoyan, the deputy director of YSU student affairs center, believes that the change from a failed state to any format is already one step forward towards building the future.
"When we have a failed state, the change from that state in any format is already one step forward towards building the future. I think we don't have anyone around us today who considers that this process of the state is going on a normal course and is going towards success, no one can say a field that we have not failed in that field," he said in a conversation with journalists.
According to Apoyan, the details that should be possible after the change of power are very important, but at this stage he has set himself the task of supporting the change of power by trusting and believing in the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement.
"I believe that in the next stages there will be consolidation by all capable forces, everyone will put aside their ambitions, combine their knowledge, experience, skills and we will get our state out of this situation," said Davit Apoyan.
He assured that it is not possible to oppress the students.
