The Russian delegation has arrived in Istanbul's residence in the US Consul General, which has been negotiating with partners from the United States, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
On Thursday, a Russian-American meeting in Istanbul will be held on the issues related to the work of embassies in Moscow and Washington in Bilateral relations.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed hope that after the meeting, it would be clear how both sides "will be able to move forward quickly and more effective".
