Negotiations took place in the building of the Malaysian Ministry of Defense, where the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation discussed with the Malaysian Military Department of Military Cooperation, Global and Regional Security.
In the negotiations, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin was included in the talks, in Malaysia, Russian Ambassador to Malaysia and Deputy Defender of the FSB Mikhail Pitukhov.
