The US military will begin to release the transgender service within 30 days if they do not receive individual liberation. This is stated in the Memorandum of Pentagon, which was published within the framework of the trial on the decree prohibiting military service for US President Donald Trump for transgender service.
"Soldiers of sexual dysphoria or history, as well as appropriate symptoms, will be exempted from military service," the document reads.
"The ministry recognizes only two sexes, male and female is unchanged and does not change throughout life," the text is underlined.
It is noted that the issue of exceptions for specific persons may be considered only if there is "servicemen directly supporting the military potential in the ministry."
In order to achieve such an exception, the soldier should prove that he has never tried to change his gender as well as show "sex stability in 36 months."
