"I do not think that someone will take it seriously, and I do not think that the Ukrainians are resolving nuclear weapons," he said.
According to him, it is necessary to reduce the number of countries with nuclear weapons. The US Secretary of State stressed that the return of nuclear weapons will not be a solution to the Ukrainian conflict.
Earlier, the Ukrainian leader asked for nuclear weapons and missiles from Western countries. In addition, he applied to Western countries with a request to provide financial assistance to the Ukrainian army.
