And although the Communist Party members present this as a ray of hope, they present to the public that the doors of Europe, without a visa, will be opened to us, the reality is that this is just an agreement on the launch of the process. nothing more. And Armenia’s vision of EU membership is still vague, if not unrealistic. “The Zhoghovurd daily newspaper recorded that although 2 days have passed since the adoption of the draft, the EU has been silent in the wilderness.
Neither the European Commission nor the European Parliament gave an institutional response until yesterday, the end of their working day. In other words, 48 hours after the adoption of the coveted European Union law, no structure has welcomed, congratulated, or in any way given an institutional response to the draft of the Republic of Armenia’s intentions to join Europe.
It turns out that this is another Pashinyan bluff for the pro-European mass of our society before the elections, or simply another populist step, which is not welcomed even by the members of that “big family.”
