“According to the information of the “Zhoghovurd” daily, the RA Investigative Committee has declared the end of the preliminary investigation into the criminal case initiated against Serob Gasparyan, brother of former NA deputy Rustam Gasparyan, on the occasion of usurpation of power.
In the near future, the defense parties will be summoned to the committee and informed about the completion of the preliminary investigation and sending the case to court. It should be noted that the detention of the defendants in the criminal case was recently extended again.
Let us remind you that Gasparyan is accused of preparing to usurp power in agreement with several Artsakh citizens. Criminal prosecution was initiated against 7 people.
3 of them were arrested, and a search was declared for 4. The latter have been searched for about 5 months already.”
