The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia found out that on February 20, 2024, in order to intimidate the members of the "Civil Contract" party and their supporters, the citizen went to the office of the "United Labor Party" located at 33 Gulbenkian Street in Yerevan and at 03:50, under a tree on the sidewalk 9 meters away from the office, he placed a pre-prepared improvised explosive device containing about 1 kilogram of TNT and pentalite as an explosive device, suitable for causing destruction, taking people's lives, and completely destroying surrounding buildings.
Then, during the same period, a suitable improvised explosive device was placed at the entrance to the territorial office of the "Civil Contract" party located at 30/3 Gulbenkian Street, thus creating a real threat of explosion and arson.
