"There are no closed topics in the relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan, the parties have the same ideas about the world and where it is going." Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced this during extended negotiations with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, reports BELTA.
"We have no closed topics, everything is open. If someone heard what issues we were discussing, he would wonder what kind of relationship we have, the kindest, the closest. We communicate like brothers, we perceive the world and where it is moving in the same way. If only Heydar Aliyev could see how Azerbaijan is developing," Lukashenko said.
