The Ministry of Defense proposes to stir sanctions to avoid training gatherings and clarify the role of a military police in the mobilization process. The corresponding project has been published on the joint website of E-DRAFT legal acts.

The current legislation does not clearly define the various forms of avoiding the training camp, as a result of which it is impossible to fully assess the cases of avoiding this process by citizens.

Due to the missing of the law, some citizens use snowful reasons to avoid training gatherings. Evidence of self-violence, simulation of diseases, falsification of documents or other deception methods are especially prevalent.

The current legislation is relatively mild, which allows you to avoid punishment using the above-mentioned methods.
