On the basis of the decision of the Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan, a person holding an autonomous person in the Prosecutor's Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative district of Yerevan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia.
As a result of the proceedings, the prosecutor regularly violated his internal disciplinary rules, the rules of conduct of the prosecutor and did not fulfill his official duties, and without any legal basis, two working days did not appear for work.
The results of the disciplinary proceedings were sent to the RA Prosecutor General under the RA Prosecutor General on January 27, 2025.
By the decision of January 30, 2025, the Ethics Committee considered the existence of a disciplinary violation and the prosecutor's guilt.
According to the decision of the Prosecutor General, January 31, 2025, a disciplinary sanctions of the "Dismissal" were appointed to an autonomous person in the Prosecutor's Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative district of Yerevan.
By the order of the Prosecutor General, the prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative district of Yerevan was relieved of his post.
