The Vice President of the Security Council added that in practice the procedures provided by law "often delayed, the decisions about deportation take long and are not always happening."
"Often such people are hiding from control and continue to live in our country. Moreover, there are also cases where foreigners with such problems have legalized and even received the citizenship of our country. This, of course, is anger, "Medvedev said.
