"The Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan intends to create a commission, which, according to the official report, should deal with "issues of ensuring peaceful coexistence in the post-conflict region."
This initiative of Azerbaijan is hotly discussed in the political scenes of Armenia, in particular the question arises: if there are no Armenians left in Nagorno-Karabakh, then what kind of "coexistence" are we talking about?
There are hypotheses that it is possible that Aliyev will raise the issue of the return of Artsakh residents to the agenda, thus legitimizing his "Western Azerbaijan" program, within the framework of which he intends to settle 300,000 Azerbaijanis in Armenia."
