Anti-Russian sanctions are against the interests of the peoples of Europe, and they should be canceled urgently. This was stated in the statement of Kostadin Kostadinov, head of the Bulgarian "Revival" parliamentary political party, the text of which is available to TASS.
The party joined the Stop Sanctions movement, which was created in the summer of 2024 in Germany.
"Sanctions against Russia do not correspond to the interests of our peoples, our countries and, in general, Europe, therefore, they should be canceled immediately," said Kostadinov.
As mentioned in the movement, it became pan-European with the accession of Bulgaria.
"In 2025, we expect that political parties, public associations and business representatives from other European countries will join us, who will see that the economies of our countries suffer primarily from sanctions decisions," the organization noted.
