Regarding the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, it is necessary to talk about legal agreements, which should create a mechanism for the impossibility of violating them, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"We briefed our partners on the latest developments surrounding the Ukrainian settlement, we emphasized our continued commitment to achieving the goals of the NSS and addressing the root causes of this crisis.
The understanding that without it it will be impossible to stop the conflict, including in Europe and the USA, is growing. They especially emphasized that we can only talk about reliable, legally binding contracts, which should contain the mechanism of the impossibility of violating them," Lavrov said in a briefing after the talks with his Kyrgyz counterpart Zhenbek Kulubayev.
