Russia is ready to support the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan in all spheres. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced this during negotiations with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, writes TASS.
"We are ready to provide the necessary assistance to regulate the relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan in all directions for the development of the tripartite agreements reached by the leaders of the three countries in 2020 and 2022," the minister said.
He emphasized that from Moscow's point of view, "these agreements remain relevant, especially in the light of the current situation in the region. Regional security occupies a significant place in our operations in the direction of the South Caucasus," added Lavrov.
