A fire broke out at the Masisi station of "South Caucasus Railway" CJSC


Today, on January 21, an emergency occurred in Ararat Marz. At around 09:00, the National Emergency Management Center of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received an alert that "South Caucasus Railway" CJSC "Masis" station/ fire and smoke can be seen in one of the rooms of the administrative area.

As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, 1 combat unit from the Masisi fire-rescue squad arrived promptly.

Before the arrival of the firemen, the firemen fought against the spread of the fire. According to the preliminary information, there were no injuries. The property in one of the rooms was burnt.

The patrols of the 2nd platoon of the 1st company of the Ararat marz battalion of the RA MIA Police Patrol Service, headed by the deputy platoon commander, responsible for the day Andranik Harutyunyan, also arrived promptly.

The territory was demarcated by senior patrolman Gor Asryan and junior patrolman Frunze Hovhannisyan of the same company.
