Today, January 20, an emergency happened in Syunik region. Around 02:45, the National Center for 9-11 Crisis Management of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received an alert that a truck was on fire on the 13th km of the Kapan-Tatev highway.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, 2 combat units from the fire-rescue squad of the Syunik regional rescue department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service, led by the head of the regional rescue department Davit Hovhannisyan, promptly arrived at the scene.
Patrolmen Edgar Bayadyan and Armen Khachatryan of the same company demarcated the area and performed their duty.
