A consultation was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which the draft law aimed at the regulation of the crypto-assets sector was discussed.
In particular, the main provisions of the project, the risks in the field, the principles of regulation, the types of regulated services were mentioned experience, in particular, the European Union According to the authors, the scope of regulation of the project will include the public offering, services and trading of crypto-assets.
The participants of the consultation highlighted the importance of disclosure of necessary information in case of sale of crypto-assets, and "access permission" will be considered mandatory for the provision of services.
Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized the importance of the regulation of the sector and instructed to finalize the draft law as a result of another discussion and submit it to the Government for approval.
