Richard Black, a representative of the Schiller Institute at the United Nations in New York, told RIA Novosti that the foreign policy of outgoing US President Joe Biden has failed, including support for Israel, as well as Ukraine.
"It finances and equips. Israel is arming puppet Ukraine against the Palestinian people in NATO's avowed effort to defeat Russia, arming Taiwan and strengthening "independence" forces on the island, and waging an illegal massive economic war against the countries.
"These countries, declared rebels by the United States and Great Britain, make up the sad list of foreign policy failures of Biden," explained Black. He added that the desire of the newly elected US President Donald Trump to meet with the Russian President Vladimir Putin is encouraging because Putin has clearly said that he is open to dialogue.
